"Fire in Pastor Dorian's Hands

While visiting Patzicia, Guatemala, I had the privilege of witnessing Assemblies of God missionaries David and Marie Turner presenting a Spanish FireBible to Pastor Dorian (last name withheld), at True Vine Church.

Dorian and his wife pastor about 30 new believers in a very needy neighborhood. Their family live very humbly, and largely on faith, so it was an incredible moment to see the joy on Dorian's face as he received his new FireBible (currently the number one study Bible in the world).

Immediately, Dorian ran to the pulpit where he opened the FireBible and began reading some of his favorite passages of scripture to the congregation. it was a beautiful moment. Throughout my time in Guatemala, many such events took place.

Everywhere I went with David and Marie Turner, I saw the fruits of LFTL’s partnership with them. Addicts breaking free of drugs, the broken being restored, and people living in various forms of bondage reaching out to receive freedom in Jesus.

At the end of my trip, I left behind a suitcase full of Spanish FireBibles for the Turners to distribute to other Guatemalan pastors who need them. Within weeks, each one had been distribute! 

We are so grateful to every supporter of Light for the Lost who gives generously so that we can provide God's Word all over the world, in any language, for all people groups.
